Terms

Short version: everything is paid in advance in cryptocurrency, every sale is final, nothing is refunded, and the request system guarantees nothing.

Platform

  1. VXYLTN operates access.vxyltn.com as a sole-creator platform. All content is owned by VXYLTN in perpetuity.
  2. Every feature, piece of content, interaction, download, or engagement is paid. Public visitors see watermarked previews only. Followers (free account) pay follower prices. Members pay member prices; content at or below their tier is included during an active, paid period.
  3. Memberships are prepaid periods (1 month = 28 days). There is no automatic renewal; you renew by paying the next period. A short grace period may apply after a period ends.
  4. All payments are prepayments in cryptocurrency through NOWPayments and are final. No refunds, returns, chargebacks, or reversals exist for any transaction: subscriptions, unlocks, tips, messages, calls, custom content, drops, channels, merchandise (digital or physical), fundraising contributions, or requests.
  5. The automated cap per platform transaction is 1,000,000 usdc. Above it you are redirected to a direct contact form and settlement is arranged manually; every manual transaction is logged with a full audit trail.
  6. Your license to any content is limited, revocable, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, personal, non-commercial, and lasts only while your paid access lasts. Reproduction, distribution, modification, downloading beyond what the site offers, screen capture or recording, sharing, leaking, scraping, or AI training are prohibited. Every image is watermarked visibly and invisibly per viewer; leaks are traced and prosecuted. Violation ends your access permanently without refund.
  7. Calls, livestreams, custom orders, and messages happen at the creator's discretion and schedule. Livestreams are recorded. Calls may be recorded when stated at booking.
  8. Contributions are voluntary and carry no goods, services, or obligations.
  9. You must be 18 or older, and of legal age where you live, to use this site. Identity verification may be required, including when cumulative spend passes an internal threshold.
  10. Accounts can be terminated for abuse, fraud, chargeback attempts, harassment, or content violations, without refund.
  11. English (US) only. Direct, short, and literal.

Request system

  1. Everything in the request system is a request. Paying submits a request. It does not buy a result.
  2. Nothing is guaranteed, approved, delivered, or replied to. No timeline is promised.
  3. Prices are in USDC (ERC-20). All payments are prepayments through NOWPayments, in USDC or any coin NOWPayments supports at checkout. All payments are final. No refunds or returns, ever. Crypto payments are irreversible. Network fees and exchange-rate movement are yours.
  4. Activation costs 1,000,000 usdc. It is the minimum price in the request system. It unlocks the request menu for 24 hours or until you start a new session. It buys nothing else. Every new session requires a new activation payment.
  5. Activation is the only thing a payment ever grants. Subscriptions, messages, calls, livestreams, custom items, and add-ons are requests only. Paying for a subscription request does not add you to any channel, group, or membership.
  6. If access to a channel, group, or membership is offered after a subscription request, it is a second, separate step inside the platform with its own payment. Paid content inside a channel, group, or membership is also paid separately. The request system does not deliver or refund any of it.
  7. 1 month = 28 days.
  8. Every other request except a contribution is priced above 1,000,000 usdc before add-ons.
  9. Paid units expire 56 days after payment if unused.
  10. A paid request cannot be edited or canceled.
  11. Contributions are contributions. No goods or services are attached. No limit: any amount.
  12. An outgoing message request pays for the right to submit that message to VXYLTN. Nothing more.
  13. English (US) only.
  14. Everything stays inside VXYLTN's boundaries and limits. Requests outside them are declined without reply and without refund.
  15. Content published in VXYLTN's channel, group, or membership is separate from the request system. Anything not published there can be requested here.
